The validity period will be shown on the voucher. Any expiry conditions will be made clear when the voucher is issued.
Can the recipient choose any room?+
Yes. Gift vouchers can be used toward Phobia, Feast or Entity, subject to availability.
Can vouchers be used for peak times?+
Yes. If the booking costs more than the remaining voucher balance, the difference can be paid during checkout.
What happens if the booking costs less than the voucher?+
Any unused balance remains on the same voucher code and can be used toward another booking.
Can I send the voucher directly to someone else?+
Yes. You can choose whether the voucher is emailed to you or sent directly to the recipient.
Are vouchers refundable?+
