You and your team will have an hour to escape.
The Paralysis escape rooms are classed as a real-life team game: locked in a room with a horror theme – the games are immersive and can be scary but we pride ourselves on delivering the right level or terror to tailor a game perfect each time.
Only members of your team or possibly staff interaction at points of the game.
The first game (Phobia) has minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 5 players.
Players must be 18 years old to play and we recommend a minimum age of 16 when accompanied by a responsible adult
As a general rule of thumb, you're going to want to dress in comfortable clothing for your escape room adventure. Some of our locations can have dust, paint flakes and other debris plus damp as part of the immersive theme. … The Best Dress Code for our Escape Room 1. Comfortable, close-toed shoes. … 2. Non-restricting pants or shorts. … 3. A breathable t-shirt or sweater. 4. Items of clothing that can get dirt/dust/water and other items on – please do not attend in your best clothes!
No. We provide lockers for phones and other items; this prevents use of lights and image taking. Taking pictures and videos is strictly prohibited
No. Careful planning and health & safety measures are carried out and Paralysis takes your safety as paramount. We pride ourselves on delivering a first class fun entertainment experience that is safe to play. Ultimately, escape rooms are a very safe form of entertainment.

Keeping you safe during your escape room experience during COVID-19

Dear Gamers, We at Paralysis Escape Rooms take yours and our own safety very seriously, it is with this in mind that we are reaching out to all of our visitors existing & new to ask that we all work together to help prevent the spread of Covid. As time moves on in an ever-changing environment we must adapt accordingly & responsibly. Following guidelines, we have been advised to notify all of our future guests that during the tier 2 phase the following applies: * • If you or anyone in the group has developed any Covid symptoms (such as high temperature, sudden and persistent cough, loss of smell or taste, etc) then please refrain from attending your game and notify us as soon as possible. * • Only attend for games where you are only with people from your own household (it is an offence to mix during any indoor activity) * • Masks must be worn at all times inside the premises (other than when seated and eating or drinking in the RedRum lounge & bar) * • Social distancing & general hygiene such as hand-washing & use of hand sanitiser is required during your visit. We are still committed to providing an exhilarating, enjoyable (sometimes terrifying) and pleasurable experience for each and every one of you. Thank you for helping us stay safe! The Paralysis Team.
